http://string.embl.de/newstring_cgi/show_link_summary.pl -

The second round of string was performed by doing a name search on eIF and selecting eIF-4-gamma 3 as the closest match. There are possibly other matches. This is one protein that is part of the entire eIF4G domain (or the eIF domain??).

PDB

These results were obtained by searching with the most likely structural match sequence - 1hu3. Sequence was obtained originally from a homology blast search and is found in Danio Renio (Zebra Fish).
