Printing configuration
Go to: "Start" -> "settings" -> "Printers and faxes"
Choose "Add printer"
Choose "Connect to a printer on the Internet or on a home or office network"
Choose "Connect to this printer (or to browse for a printer, select this option and click Next"
and provide this URL http://172.23.213.43
Now you have to choose the Manufacturer: HP
and the Printer: HP color Laser Jet 4650
I didn't find mine so I had to download the correct driver on the HP website here. I choose the PS drivers, but I am not sure if it is better to choose PCL5 (or PCL6).
Choose "Local printer attached to this computer"
Choose "create a new port" and choose "Standar TCP/IP Port"
You will then have to specify the IP addresse: 172.23.213.43
The port name should be automaticcaly IP_172.23.213.43 but youu probably can change it
