Top 14 structurally related were all Kinases and some examples are:
- Thymidylate Kinase
- Which catalyses reversible phosphorylation transfer from ATP & TMP to ADP & TDP.
- Shikimate Kinase
- Which catalyses reaction of phosphoryltransfer from ATP to shikimic acid and this is mainly found in plants.
- Adenylate Kinase
- Which catalyzes the production of ATP from ADP.
- Dephospho-COA Kinase
- Which is actually the DPCK domain of CoAsy, so it uses ATP as phosphate donor in phosphorylation of 3-hydroxy group of ribose in the COA synthesis pathway.
