I started studying Bioinformatics at the University of Southern Queensland in 2004, and transferred to a Bachelor of science, majoring in Bioinformatics at the University of Queensland, in early 2008. Currently working on honours in the Biomolecular modeling group. My honours project is to create a high-throuput homology modeling pipeline to model proteins that are currently not experimentally resolved.
