Aims 2ece

The aim of this project is to gain a better understanding of the target protein seleniumbinding protein (pdb id 2ece). To gain this understanding analysis of the protein in evolutionary structural and functional aspects is to be done. The overall goal to produce easily undertood data in these categories, including phylogenic trees, primary, secondary and tertiary structural information and functional sights and roles.
